I learned command-line on DOS and CP/M so it's not bad for me to do Powershell but Powershell has way too many commands and switches to remember all of them. Got 10000 users, sure let's do Powershell for mass creation and editing but leave the full GUI in for those small organizations that have 20 users. I've personally had great success with Hyper-V and CentOS 6.5 VMs. In fact, I'd say this is a good option for shops whom want to virtualize with Hyper-V server, but want good backups and gui support. R2 version includes hyper-v roles, and rights to run virtualized if desired. The Included windows backup is quite good and the ability to backup workstations as a complete restorable image is wonderful. 25 Client licenses and all the basic features most small offices need (File & Print Sharing, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc). Pros: The price to feature set of this Windows Server package is great.
