= I have a CLEAR South Carolina Title in hand. When you press on brake pedal, car stops good, but the brakes don't release all the way, you can feel a drag on them. The BRAKES on this car work good, BUT THEY STICK, Brakes will need adjusting, This is just from buggy being stored in my shop. But they are just plain cheap chrome caps. Rims are Chrome, But will need cleaning, Center Caps Will Not Clean, they have surface rust on all 4. Head Lights, Tail Lights, will work.BUT needs a New switch, Switch is cheap and needs replacing. Rear Seat is nice, Its removable to access the battery compartment. I am 6FT tall and have no trouble driving this car. Driver seat slides back for more comfort. Interior is Nice, Seats are in nice condition. Transmission is a 4-Speed, It shifts out through all gears good and smooth. The Chrome Exhaust Tips=Mufflers have surface rust on them and it will not clean off.
